Brief description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in the aerospace and defence industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and promoting the company’s range of aviation products and services to airlines, MROs and defence organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial aviation, defence and MRO sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders
- Promote the company’s products and services, including aircraft parts, repair and overhaul solutions and aviation support services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotes
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, procurement, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows and client meetings (domestic and international) to represent the company and expand the client base
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and reports using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and follow-up
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 3–5 years of sales experience in aerospace, aviation, or defence industries (preferred)
- Well-travelled and comfortable with client-facing interactions
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and industry dynamics
- Proficient in English and Hindi
