We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and self-driven Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth order execution, high customer satisfaction and efficient supply chain operations. You will serve as the central point of coordination between customers, logistics partners and internal teams—managing end-to-end order fulfilment, overseeing shipment activities, monitoring inventory levels and supporting continuous supply chain improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
a) Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipment tracking and delivery schedules.
b) Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email and other communication channels.
c) Resolve order, delivery or product availability issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
d) Collaborate with internal teams and account managers to address customer concerns, manage escalations and support client relationships.
2. Logistics Coordination:
a) Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery.
b) Supervise day-to-day operations: sales order booking, internal POs, picking, packing and stock control.
c) Track and record shipping metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
d) Manage shipping documentation, customs clearance and compliance requirements.
e) Train warehouse personnel on system processes, SOPs and operational requirements.
3. Stock & Supply Chain Management:
a) Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular stock reports.
b) Support demand planning by consolidating forecasts with sales and aligning with plant/production schedules.
c) Analyse stock trends to prevent shortages, overages and obsolescence.
d) Optimize inventory management by reducing air freight, improving lead times and leveraging consolidated shipments.
e) Work with suppliers, factories and internal stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment.
f) Ensure compliance with all regulatory, customs and local authority requirements.
g) Propose supply chain improvements to increase speed, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle / SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a process improvement mindset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities based on business needs.
