Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating captivating static and dynamic content through graphic design, photo editing, and video editing and will be responsible for translating concepts into visually appealing designs across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with the marketing, branding, and creative teams to produce compelling and on-brand visual assets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design and create engaging graphics for various digital and print platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, marketing collateral, and advertisements
  • Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and conceptualize design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Develop visual content, such as logos, illustrations, infographics, and layouts, that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics.
  • Produce engaging video content, including editing raw footage, adding effects and transitions, and optimizing audio-visual elements for diverse platforms.
  • Incorporate animated elements, motion graphics, and visual effects to create dynamic and engaging video content.
  • Use graphic design software and tools proficiently to produce high-quality designs, posts, and videos, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating them into design projects to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional designs within defined timelines.
  • Present design concepts and ideas, incorporating feedback to refine designs and achieve the desired outcomes
  • Work closely with the team to ensure designs effectively complement and enhance marketing campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and professional designs.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
  • Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, receptive to feedback, and capable of incorporating ideas into design concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency.

Photographer and Videographer

Responsibilities:

Photography and Videography:

  • Capture aesthetically pleasing and on-brand lifestyle images and videos using various techniques and equipment.
  • Utilize your expertise to compose shots that tell a compelling story, including interviews, events,
  • product demos, and promotional videos.

On-Site Shooting:

  • Conduct on-site photo and video shoots to document various aspects of our business, products, and services.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of visuals align with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute photo shoots, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing.

Editing:

  • Edit and enhance captured content to meet the standards for social media platforms using tools
  • such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Use creative editing techniques to bring out the best in each photo and video.
  • Manage and organize a library of digital images for easy access and retrieval while maintaining a
  • consistent and cohesive visual style across all edited content.
  • Manage post-production tasks for various platforms, including color correction, audio adjustments, and final output.

Collaboration:
● Work closely with the marketing and content creation teams to understand visual requirements.

Office Admin and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Meet and greet walk-in customers, directing them to the appropriate service advisor.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless customer service.

Job Card Management:

  • Create job cards in the CRM upon receiving cars/wheels, following service advisor
    instructions.
  • Record time spent and consumables used in each job card daily.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and remind service advisor in case of time overruns
  • Promptly update customers on work status and communicate any delays.

Invoicing and Accounts

  • Generate invoices and receipts using Zoho Books upon completion of services.
  • Share statement accounts with credit customers and follow up on payments when due.
  • Handle and maintain the petty cash and share the ledger with Head office daily basis
  • Record all the expenses and bills in Zoho Books
  • Submit the bills to head office for reimbursement on a weekly basis

Inventory and Procurement:

  • Issue consumables for ongoing jobs and works
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to purchase parts, spares & consumables required to complete the work
  • Share purchase orders with Vendors and follow up on pending or new inquiries
  • Responsible for all inward and outward (physical movement) stock
  • Responsible for carrying out a weekly stock count and sharing the report to the Head office

Other Admin Tasks:

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office and workshop all the time
  • Ensure a well-maintained and hygienic office space, including office desks, pantry and eating place, stores, storage room, and other areas.
  • Inform and update the HO Admin and/or HR if any repairs and maintenance-related employee queries and direct them to the HR department as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry and cleaning items and place orders when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, maintain and troubleshoot all company-owned, management and employee vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural CAD drawings and plans, layouts, elevations, sections,
    and details using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and sales engineers to develop and refine design concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements(Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc).
  • Maintain accurate and organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed drawings to verify dimensions, materials, and other details before finalizing and releasing them for production or construction.

Requirements:
