Brief Description:
The Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering professional massage treatments, wellness therapies, and
Moroccan bath services to clients while ensuring a premium and relaxing experience. This role requires strong
technical skills, excellent client communication, and the ability to maintain high hygiene and service standards. The
therapist will also contribute to achieving overall service and sales targets and support the operational efficiency of
the salon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform Moroccan bath (Hammam) treatments in accordance with professional standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, benefits, and aftercare recommendations.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards, cleanliness, and proper sanitization of tools and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a premium and relaxing client experience.
• Adhere to salon procedures, service standards, pricing policies, and product guidelines.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and fully prepared for services.
• Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
• Collaborate with team members and follow managerial instructions as required.

• Reporting To: Salon Manager / Branch Manager

• Contract Period: Two (2) Years
Salary Structure (Monthly – SAR):
• Basic Salary: 1,600
• Food Allowance: 200
• Fixed Overtime Amount: 700
• Total Monthly Salary: 2,500 SAR

• Commission: 2.5% – 5% on personal service sales upon achieving a minimum target of 9,000 SAR
• Paid Vacation: 42 days after 24 months of service

Working Hours:
• 10 hours per day (8 hours work + 2 hours mandatory overtime)
• 6 days per week, based on duty roster and operational requirements
• Overtime is included in the monthly salary
