Brief description:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Truck Driver to safely operate 3-ton and/or 7-ton trucks
across the UAE. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with UAE road rules and RTA regulations, have
strong route knowledge and possess good English communication skills to ensure smooth deliveries and
compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate 3-ton / 7-ton trucks for local deliveries across the UAE
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using UAE road knowledge and maps/GPS
• Load, transport and unload goods safely and responsibly
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Ensure all delivery documents are properly handled and signed
• Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery records
• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Communicate effectively with dispatches, warehouse and customers.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Valid UAE Heavy / Light Vehicle Driving License (as applicable for 3-ton / 7-ton)
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in the UAE
• Proven experience driving 3-ton or 7-ton trucks
• Strong knowledge of UAE routes, highways and industrial areas
• Familiar with UAE maps, GPS navigation, and road signage
• Good English speaking, reading and writing skills
• Thorough understanding of RTA road rules and traffic regulations
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
Preferred Skills and Compliance:
• Experience in logistics, freight, or delivery operations
• Ability to meet delivery timelines and handle pressure
• Polite and professional attitude with customers
• Must follow all UAE traffic, safety, and transport regulations
• Zero tolerance for reckless driving, violations, or substance use
