Brief description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Client’s team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client
relationships, and Trade Lane between India and the Middle East. This role requires flexibility, strong
communication skills, and a willingness to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air & ocean).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across India and the Middle East.
• Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and client presentations.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5 – 6 years of experience in business development within logistics/freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight services.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently between India and the Middle East (especially UAE).
• Based in either UAE or India – Mumbai (flexible location).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
