Senior Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to one of our advertising agency clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extremely aggressive Sales persona, with a proven track record, have worked in a target-driven sales environment, promoting the Company brand image, products, and services.
  • Study and evaluate market, geographics, and competitors and create Sales strategies and plans.
  • Consistent and effective Client engagement through regular visits, understanding needs, and anticipating new market opportunities.
  • Identify Sales, Goals, Targets, and Plans.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding Client requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting and implementing systems, and improvements to achieve/exceed Marketing and Sales goals
  • Effectively communicate with the team to ensure goals and targets are achieved consistently.
  • Engage and manage Clients and key accounts.
  • Analyze and review sales data and make actionable decisions to set sales goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research of the market and customers to identify prospects and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar senior sales role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital advertising and understanding of the latest industry trends.
  • Knowledge of advertising metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
