Brief Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in air freight
and logistics to drive business growth, expand client relationships, and manage strategic accounts in KSA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and
logistics solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop new business and expand existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets, revenue, and
profitability goals.
• Understand customer business needs, shipment patterns, cargo details, volumes, and trade lanes to
propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate rate quotations, handle RFQs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure
timely execution.
• Coordinate with clients during the contract initiation phase and brief internal teams for smooth
operationalization.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including collections, to minimize bad debts.
• Identify market trends, competitive rates, and opportunities, providing insights to management.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to explore additional business and cross-selling
opportunities.
• Participate in trade exhibitions and marketing activities to promote the company and generate leads.
• Maintain and update client and sales data in CRM systems according to company policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and regional offices to ensure seamless
collaboration.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to resolve invoicing, collections, and account management
issues.
• Provide periodic reports on sales performance, new business plans, and corrective actions as
required.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of business development or sales experience in air freight or logistics in
KSA.
• Aerospace logistics experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
