Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Assistant
Job description:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing
Assistant to join our client’s marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the brand’s
visual identity and supporting digital marketing initiatives across platforms and events. You will assist in
designing digital and print assets, coordinating campaigns, enhancing UI/UX layouts, managing content
calendars, and supporting overall marketing execution.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about design, digital content,
and brand communication within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Visual Creation
a) Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, email templates, event assets,
presentations, and website sections.
b) Ensure consistency in branding, layout quality, and visual storytelling across all marketing touchpoints.
c) Create visual content for events, training programs, and brand initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, and
website platforms.
d) Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality design outputs for campaigns,
conferences, and activations.
e) Revise and refine designs based on feedback, campaign requirements, and performance insights.
f) Apply UI/UX principles—layout clarity, spacing, hierarchy—to website and digital interface designs.
2. Digital Marketing Support
a) Assist the Marketing Manager in executing digital campaigns, communication plans, and daily marketing
activities.
b) Manage content calendars, support social media execution, and track basic post-performance metrics.
c) Support email marketing tasks, website content updates, and digital campaign rollouts.
d) Monitor engagement trends and recommend improvements in content, visuals, and platform strategy.
e) Support multimedia creation using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing software.
3. Marketing Coordination & Operations
a) Coordinate production of marketing materials with printers, suppliers, and event partners when required.
b) Maintain project trackers, task management tools, and reporting files to support team coordination.
c) Assist in campaign planning, timelines, and event-related marketing requirements.
d) Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices relevant to B2B and
hospitality sectors.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, layouts, and brand materials (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and basic video editing tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles such as visual hierarchy, spacing, and user flow.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with task/project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including engagement metrics and campaign objectives.
• Interest in growing both design and digital marketing capabilities.

• Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
• Marketing: HubSpot, MailChimp, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Ads/Analytics
• Project Management: ClickUp, MS Office, MS Outlook
• Web: Basic WordPress or WebFlow (preferred)
