Admin & CSR Executive

Admin Related Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both in physical and digital formats
  • Maintain an updated database of all lease agreements, including terms and conditions and lease expiration dates for management properties, offices and labor camps.
  • Arranging 3rd party training, soft skills, general happiness awareness, pool school management, health and safety, wealth management, health benefits, performance incentives, recognition, etc.
  • Plan & organize company events, occasions, and parties (year-end, iftar, teambuilding, holidays, etc.)
  • Assisted in auditing and quality control of company databases (CRM, Products Naming Conversion, and HR database) for authenticity, duplicates, incorrect data, irregularities, etc., and a plan of action, if needed.
  • Assist in updating and developing policies related to the company
  • Assisted in developing and updating an internal and external ‘happiness index’ for employees, customers, vendors, etc.
  • Assisted in conducting an induction/orientation session for recruits and assisted in the exit process for leaving members.

CSR Related Responsibilities

  • Create and raise public awareness of CSR activities
  • Look into environmental activities such as waste reduction, reusable products, tree planting, environmentally friendly products, energy savings, sustainability, etc.
  • Organize or join community events that give back, support, and team-build, such as blood donations, fitness challenges, breast cancer awareness, etc.
  • Acts of goodwill towards customers and suppliers, gifting, etc.
  • Monitoring and establishing the appropriate metrics, tracking performance, and evaluating the outcome of CSR activities to identify areas for improvement (post-awareness program)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
