Planning Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer to manage, track, and optimize project schedules across fast-track commercial, retail, and luxury fit-out projects in Dubai. You will ensure seamless execution between design, procurement, joinery fabrication, and site installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Master Baseline Schedules in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Sequence submittals, long-lead procurement, joinery production, and site fit-out activities.
• Generate weekly progress updates, 2/4-week look-aheads, S-Curves, and manpower histograms.
• Identify bottlenecks early, propose schedule recovery plans, and support EOT/delay impact analyses.
• Coordinate milestone targets with Project Managers, subcontractors, and developer/landlord teams.

Requirements:

• ​Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience: 4–7+ years as a Planning Engineer in the UAE, with direct experience in interior fit-out and joinery.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Primavera P6 and Excel.
• ​Strong knowledge of Dubai fit-out processes, trade sequencing, and authority/landlord approvals.
