Joinery Foreman

Job Summary:
Our client is an established interior fit-out company in Dubai who is seeking a Joinery Foreman to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in joinery works, able to manage day-to-day production operations, and ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in line with project specifications under the guidance of the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
o Supervise joinery production activities on-site and in the workshop.
o Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and cutting lists accurately.
o Quantify materials and accessories required for joinery works.
o Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and technicians.
o Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
o Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
o Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
o Assist in resolving technical or production-related issues.
Requirements:
o Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai in a similar supervisory role within the joinery or interior fit-out sector.
o In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, tools, and production processes.
o Strong leadership and organizational skills.
o Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
o Good communication skills in English. Valid UAE DL is a plus.
