Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator serves as the central liaison between internal Department Heads
(HODs) and external service providers, including digital support agencies, website developers
and other service providers. The role focuses on workflow management, quality control, and
structured reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
● External Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the content creation agency
and website/commerce development team.
● Internal Coordination: Gather and synthesize requirements from various HODs to
ensure business needs are communicated clearly to service providers.
● Workflow Control: Manage project timelines and ensure all external partners deliver
according to agreed specifications and deadlines.
● Quality Assurance: Review all outputs from external teams to ensure they meet
company standards before final approval or publication.
● Management Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates to management. Prepare
comprehensive reports for monthly and quarterly review meetings.
Key Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
● Proven ability to manage external service providers and technical teams.
● Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requests from different departments
simultaneously.
● Professional communication skills for briefing and reporting.
● Experience in preparing status reports and conducting performance reviews.
